Oh Boy!

That's what's on my mind these days as most of you know jed and I are expecting our first child in january. This Saturday ill be five months! Wow where has the time gone? Tuesday was my monthly appointment and it was sonogram time! Me jed mom dad my Gran and Jeds mom all piled into the little room to look at our baby and to find out what the gender of the little person is. Jed wanted a boy I didn't rlly care and I think my dad wanted a boy. I can't blame him he had to live with 3 girls plus a grown woman. He needs a man in his life. So you can imagine his and Jeds excitement when they said "boy". I teared up. Its a surreal feeling. Knowing that I am gonna have a son. That im gonna have a little boy of my very own. That im gonna be a mom. I still feel like a child and now I have to raise one. And then again I know ill do my best. And then I wonder what will he look like? Will he look like his daddy? All tanned skin and big brown eyes with white hair? Or will he look like me? What will he like to play with? Dinosaurs? Race cars? Will he be hyped up like his dad? These are just a few thoughts running through my mind. It feels right though. I know this little guy wasn't planned by jed and I but he must have been planned by god. I always prayed for the lord not to send me a baby until he was ready for me to have one. So I guess god just saw fit. He chose me to take care of a precious little boy. He picked him out just for me. I may not have seen his little face yet or know his cry but I love him whole heartedly. No body else can feel him moving right now except me. Nobody else can feed him right now except me. I already have a special little bond with him. Im his source of life. It's a really weird feeling but at the same time it's wonderful. Thank you lord for giving him to me and for blessing my life so beautifully. I think I have rambled enough for one day

Life is beautiful

Man i am loving the weather this morning! Its wonderful and its about time we had some cool mornings after all this humidity. Ugh! This weather let's me know that fall is right around the corner! I absolutely love fall! Things have been pretty busy around here as usual. With weddings bacck to back. My sister rachael and i were in our cousin lizzy's wedding and we went to our aunts house to get out hair done. It took forever. No joke we were there from 9:30-3:00! Then we had to head over to huntsville where the wedding was. I was beautiful and went rlly well! Next tuesday i get to back to the doctor for my 20 week check up! We also get to find out the sex of the baby if it cooperates! And im hoping and praying it does! I don't think i can take waiting anymore but anywho i am fixing to get started with my day. I hope everyone else's day goes wonderfully! Ciao!

Hello again everyone!  I have had flower orders here lately and im finally starting to catch up! I made time to make something totally different from my norm. I made an apron. (Hahaha like i cook alot) but it sure is cute! And not too shabby if i do say so myself! Don't mind the pic it's with my phone! Is it a he or a she?

That's what i have been wanting to know the past 4 months. What is the gender of that little stinker growing inside me. Its funny i should call it a little stinker because that little stinker is maing me think everything stinks.  Im at work right now and i could almost promise you that one of these kids has pooped in their pants during nap time but i have yet to find the child that did. So im blaming it on my preggo nose. I seriously don't know how much longer i can stand this smell though. Anywho we (me and my mom) went to the dr. Yesterday ( jed sat this one out) and we heard the heartbeat and i get to fond out what stinker is august 23rd ! Yay! Jed wants a boy so bad he can't hardly stand it! I rlly don't care a girl would be fun and i could make it cute headbands but im up for whatever :-) revival at rocky branch starts Sunday  so you should probably come! Im so ready for it. So many people dread it but i love it! That's all for today i do believe! O i know the mystery stink the toilets are messed up at work....joy. here's a preggo pic of me lol i know ur dying to see me lol jk

Oh so hectic......

Whew it has been so hectic here lately! Our air conditioner ( which has been off wack ) was finally fixed yesterday! For free might i add! I highly recomend the guy! Since it has been broke we have been stayin with my mom and dad. And i really did enjoy it actually i just feel so comfortable there. I don't think jed minded it much either :-) but it looks like we'll be staying home tonight which will be nice too :-) im gonna miss not having to cook though lol. Now tonight we have lizzys household shower. Lizzy is my first cousin and my life long best friend. She's always been my second banana and i love her so much even tho she's asked me to be the matron of honor at her wedding where i will be 4 months pregnant and did i mention the wedding is outside in mid august? Let's just say she owes me lol anywho im excited for her and im excited about her shower....( i absolutely love shower food) lol anywho although its been super busy at least it hasn't been super boring then i wouldn't have anything to blog about :-)

Happy fathers day!

We have been keeping things busy here at the sims house. We have went to revivals, cleaned out closets, andof course worked. We as in virtue haven't had any singings in a while due to revivals and all but we did go to one at claysville last night(jed had to play the drums for a group). Call me crazy but im ready for the singing rush to start back up. I love going! Hopefully that wont change after i have this baby but im thinking it probably will. Today im 10 weeks along and getting fatter by the minutes. Yes already!  Probably due to the fact that i feed my face everychance i get! This is our regular weekend out at the branch but im thinking our crowd will be slim due to revivals and fathers day. Speaking of farthers day id like to wish my daddy one! He's such a good daddy! He's really smart and is patient probably too patient. He's somewhat of a procrastinator lol but that's just him. He always told me that im not another mans doorstep so don't let him walk all over you lol so i don't lol :-) he's been so good to all of us and has worked so hard to be where he's at today! I always had what i needed thanks to him! Love you daddy! Also happy fathers day to a wonderful future daddy...... my husband jed! I know he's gonna do great! He works hard and goes to school and comes home to me evryday so you know he deals with alot lol!
